* This is a system pull from my touchpad with everything working. If anything doesn't work please report so we can address them. This is slightly bloated but look at reverendkjr's YouTube video in post 2 for a how to uninstall.
If you are coming from v2.9 deodex, you simply wipe cache and dalvik, flash and reboot.

You must factory reset and wipe all for vB2.9. Too many edits to flash on top. Also, its best to reinstall apps one by one not use backup for optimal experience. The more you wipe, the better you will be. Reboot after you set up to activate the sq mods.

Step 5: Perform a factory wipe (the option is there in clockworkmod). WARNING - this will effectively wipe all your apps etc that you have installed and you will be forced to reinstall everything.
Step 6: Choose the install from zip option, and install the xron-ified zip file.
Step 7: Reboot into android and enjoy a superior experience.

TouchPad安卓MIUI中文定制版ROM

MIUI测试版ROM已登陆TP上了，应该是TP机友的一大福利呀，我也测试了一下，发现比CM3.5给力，由于系统是默认是英文，我在原来的基础上加入一些软件，目前使用还是满意。
ROM说明
1、默认是GO桌面2、添加了按键救星
3、快速关机重启软件
4、日历添加农历显示
5、更换时钟为4.0时钟
6、加入了HD Widgets天气，可以实现全屏天气
7、更换了系统字体
8、补丁修复声音破音
9、补丁修复WIFI无法连接，驱动已换CM7 Alpha3.5
刷机说明
1、先刷ROM，刷机前最好双WIPE一下，以免出现错误，刷机方式相同，不会刷的请搜索以前的刷机帖。 2、把补丁放在sd卡内（任意位置，只要自己找得到）；
3、重启选择“boot clockworkmod”,进入安卓的recovery模式；
4、选择第五个install zip from sdcard,从sd卡安装；
5、再选第一个"choose zip from sdcard"，这时就会出来你sd卡内的文件列表，
6、找到刚刚存放rom文件的路径选中rom文件，会提示是否升级该刷机包，
7、yes..........，刷机开始，会看到MIUI，刷机完成会显示刷机成功，
8、按电源键返回到recovery主界面选择第一个reboot..........，TP重启。

Install Button Savior from the Market to get some onscreen soft keys - its not that elegant but it does work until we get some soft keys similar to other MIUI tablet releases. You need to allow requests in Superuser for root access for it to work fully.

(B)已经刷过CM7之前版本的按照下面的方法升级:

Touchpad安卓IceCreamMod取名为Ic系列，发布Ic1 ROM正式版【12/15更新安装教程】

优化方面
1，这次也吸收了大家的许多建议哈~正面的按键HOME改为 返回键~~确实这样更方便。
2，a3采用了部分a2的wifi代码，显示正常了，wifi连接速度灰常快。
3，字体采用安桌4.0字体，去掉字体渲染
4，去掉google套件中不必要的自动自启动服务~~浪费机器速度啊~~
5，增加到48m虚拟内存，默认开机中文，反google屏蔽的host
6，初步解决锁屏电流声，各种电流声，测试结果：锁屏一点声音也不会发出了。
7，开机真的只要21秒哦，真的，真的21秒哦~~
8，IceCream主题还在，刷完了在ThemeChooser里面选择吧。
*注意，由于把rom架构稍微改变了一下，所以刷此rom必须wipe。切记切记。
新手安装教程(给之前未刷过CM7的朋友)
1） 下载这个附件（ROM和刷机工具）,下载后将Android文件夹解压到C盘（如图所示）
2) TP在webOS下连接PC进入U盘模式在根目录建立一个名为“cminstall”的文件夹，
再把下面这个图上的3个压缩文件复制到“cminstall”文件夹里面（注意是复制！）
3) TP关机。进入刷机模式（关机后按住Power键和Volume+键 ）
在PC（电脑）上点击 开始-->运行->输入CMD
然后依次输入以下命令;
cd C:\Android 回车

Touchpad webOS主题管理器Theme Manager【附8套玻璃特效主题】

webOS终于出现了这么一款可以在本机定制切换主题的软件了，这款叫Theme Manager的app由webos-internals社区的大神sonix开发。
Theme Manager有什么功能？
官方说明支持webOS 2.1以上系统，必须安装Enyo，所以应该只是TouchPad能装，手机我还没试过。
Theme Manager如何安装？
给preware添加alpha或者beta源：http://www.webos-internals.org/wiki/Testing_Feeds
怕麻烦的可以安装这个附件。注意除了安装管理器的软件，还要装依赖包unzip。

支持ipk和zip两种主题格式，但不确定从prethemer上下载的主题包是否都可以用。从wiki看还是首先推荐作者的主题打包方式。

Like many of you I am pretty frustrated by the simple but necessary features missing from the WebOS PDF Reader. At the top of my list is the fact that it doesn't remember the last page you read.
I spent a bit of time working on this issue and attached a version of the IPK that solves this issue. The patched app also includes the awesome goto page patch written by knownboyofno (see this thread) and also the awesome zoom work done by sagipe as discussed here. I intend to make this part of the proposed uber patch being discussed here.

This thread contains an installable version of the Adobe Reader that has several useful patches provided by a few webOS nation members.
The patch contributers are: knownboyofno, filmor_, sagipe, devwithoutpower, and kjhenrie
The list of features in the most recent version:
- Retain and open on the last page viewed on each document
- A goto page text field
- The ability to set an offset so that the goto page value matches the book page number
- Improved rendering resolution with a quality level selector
- Table of contents with links
- User bookmarks with basic page notes
- Horizontal scroll lock
- Document database to persist settings and state
- Folder view of documents
NOTE ON VERSION NUMBERS: Version numbers ending in .0 to .4 (e.g. 1.8.0) use the original rendering service provided by adobe. Versions ending in. 5 to .9 (e.g. 1.8.5) use a service based on mupdf modified and provided by filmor_.
If you are having problems opening a document with an mupdf based version try using the feature equivalent Adobe based version.
Patched Versions:
2.0.0 - This includes a lot of enhancements contributed by knownboyofno with contributions by devwithoutpower and wknaeble.

c. Added new icon to launch a new patch menu with the following:
PDF settings with:
- Maximum Zoom - This allows the user to select the maximum amount the image is magnified at max zoom. Each number is a magnification i.e. 10 = 10X.
- Quality Settings - Low (L), Medium (M), High (H), Portrait in 1 Page View (P-1) and Portrait in 2 Page View (P-2)
- Keep Position - This allows you to turn off, lock horizontal (x), lock vertical (y) or keep the auto page positioning.
- Different Even/Odd Pages - This allows the odd and even numbered pages to have different page positioning.
- Page Offset

- Two Page View - This activates the two page view mode.
Behavior: When the left page changes the right page changes but not the reverse. The right page has the same position and zoom level applied as left page.General settings (applied for first time a PDF is opened then becomes the new settings unless changed) with:

On Next/Prev page tap the left view is updated two pages.- Render # Pages - This will render 2-10 pages before and 2-10 pages after the current page. This can take some time to render and can slow down changing pages sometimes.
- Height - This switch allows you to to select the full/half height of the page to cause a page change.
- Width - This allows you to select how much of the page's width will change the page.

Click on the bookmark icon on the toolbar and add the current page as a bookmark, select an existing bookmark, or if you are on a bookmarked page, remove the selected bookmark.

a. You can set and enable/disable a page offset which is used to make the book table of contents page numbers line up with the page number entered in the goto page field.
b. You can select the page output quality to balance speed with quality.

Like many of you I am pretty frustrated by the simple but necessary features missing from the WebOS PDF Reader. At the top of my list is the fact that it doesn't remember the last page you read.
I spent a bit of time working on this issue and attached a version of the IPK that solves this issue. The patched app also includes the awesome goto page patch written by knownboyofno (see this thread) and also the awesome zoom work done by sagipe as discussed here. I intend to make this part of the proposed uber patch being discussed here.
Uninstall
Option 1:
- Uninstall the Adobe Reader using preware
- Do a full device restart
- Open the Software Manager and an update notification for the Adobe Reader should show up. Install the latest version. If the update doesn't show up right away wait for a few minutes and try again.
